Our vacation rental sleeps 8 people and has 2 full bathrooms. Bright and cheery, with an open-concept floor plan. Luxury linens, pool floaties and fun outdoor games. Very private backyard with two, covered seating areas to lounge and watch TV or relax around the fire pit.

This vacation rental with solar heated pool has grassy areas to play outdoor games, watch TV on one of the 3 Smart TV's located inside and out, whip up a great meal in the beautifully spacious and well stocked kitchen, and sink into luxuriously comfortable beds at the end of a long day of fun!

- Our vacation rental rates change according to the season, days of the week and popular events happening in Phoenix, Scottsdale and surrounding areas . We charge by the day, and offer 5% discounts for stays of 7-14 days and 10% discount for stays of 14-28 days.
- We require all our direct bookings to sign a Rental Agreement and a Swimming P

- We require all our direct bookings to sign a Rental Agreement and a Swimming Pool Waiver to reserve your stay.
- A $500 REFUNDABLE deposit is required
- There is a 3-night minimum stay, although most of our guests don't want to leave.
